Reason: if you are an ol family in the office, the most likely reason for getting up early and getting dizzy is that you have problems with your cervical spine, compress the vertebral artery, and affect the blood supply to the brain by using the computer for a long time. However, if you drink less water and exercise at ordinary times, the blood viscosity is relatively high, it is easy to cause insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply to the brain.

Remedies:

Find the pillow that suits you. The height of the pillow should be 15 ~ 20cm when lying on your back and about 20 ~ 15cm when sleeping on your side. “Rest easy” is not good. It is best to keep the normal physiological radian of the neck no matter whether you sleep on your back or on your side.

The three “half minutes” are also applicable to women: wake up and lie down for half a minute, then get up and sit on the bed for half a minute, and finally sit by the bed with your feet on the ground for half a minute, giving you enough time to supply blood.

PS: if you often feel dizzy in the morning, I suggest you check whether you have low blood pressure or anemia. In addition, I remind you not to stay in bed, because staying in bed will make people think wildly and need to use the brain, which will cause temporary “malnutrition” of brain tissue.
