At the same time, it also shows that their EQ is low, they can’t really understand the real feelings of others, and they have poor control over their own emotions.
“A very important reason why some men like flirting is that they are very tired of the existing working atmosphere and hope to vent their depression through this behavior.” Adrian banks said that although flirting seemed romantic, it could not help them get rid of their dissatisfaction and improve their interpersonal relationships. It would also cause resentment among female colleagues and harm their interpersonal relationships and promotion. The research results were presented at the British psychology annual conference held in London.
