1、 Yawn

The brain is overworked and the oxygen supply is insufficient. People often have head bloating and mental decline. If they open their mouths and yawn, it is equivalent to taking a deep breath. This helps promote the reactivation of brain cells. After yawning, head massage will have a better effect. Deep breathing is the best way to relax. It includes everything from simple deep breathing, yoga to meditation. Deep breathing can not only promote the exchange of oxygen between the human body and the outside world, but also slow down the heartbeat and reduce blood pressure. It can divert people’s attention in a repressive environment and improve their self-consciousness. When people know that they can keep calm by taking a deep breath, they can regain control of their emotions and ease their anxiety.

2、 Apply a wet towel to the back of your head

When you feel tired, soak the towel in cold water (hot water in winter), wring it out, and place it on the cerebellum (left and right sides of the occipital bone). Apply cold compress on both sides at the same time or alternately. Soak the towel repeatedly for about 3 minutes each time. It can wake up the brain, improve reaction and thinking ability, and has a certain prevention and treatment effect on dizziness caused by hypertension.

3、 Two people back to each other

Chronic fatigue is prone to lumbago and back pain, and sitting for a long time in the office is prone to the above symptoms. So strengthening the exercise of the back muscles can help alleviate the above symptoms. There are many methods. Now, we introduce a more ideal method – the method of two people backing each other. Practice: two people back and hold each other’s arms. One person backs up the other and bends down slowly. Then the other person backs up the former according to this method and repeats it many times. This can speed up the blood circulation around the body and eliminate the pain or fatigue of the waist caused by sitting for a long time.

4、 Straighten one’s chest and bend one’s back

When standing, take a deep breath first, then straighten out your chest, then exhale and bend forward. Do it 10-20 times, 2-3 times a day. It can not only relax the muscles of the neck and back, but also enhance lung capacity.

5、 Swing all over

Stand upright, lift up your arms (or let your arms droop naturally), and then relax your shoulders to make your whole body sway from side to side like a limp. You can do it standing or sitting for 3-5 minutes each time. When you do it, your eyes are closed slightly, your mouth is naturally slightly opened, and you feel comfortable. It can relieve fatigue and reduce back pain.

6、 Acupressure for eye care

Close your eyes gently, press and hold the upper eyelid with your middle finger, lift it up gently, do it three times in a row, and then press the lower eye socket down three times with your middle finger. After that, use the middle fingers of the left and right hands to press from the outer corners of the left and right eyes to the temples, and then press to the ears through the temples. Repeat for 3-4 times. Finally, close your eyes and tap with your middle finger for 10 seconds. This is because you will feel that the fatigue of your eyes can be eliminated immediately.

7、 Acupoint massage for anti drowsiness

When you doze off, you can repeatedly rub the zhongchong point (middle finger tip is in the middle), and alternately press and rub with your left and right hands. When you feel pain, you can gradually get rid of the entanglement of dozing. Another method is: when drowsy, hit the middle of the left and right eyebrows with the middle finger or the end of a pencil for 2-3 minutes, which also has the above effect and can eliminate eye fatigue.
