Can virginity identification really be realized?

Although people will be more tolerant of premarital sex, virginity complex is still an unavoidable topic between men and women. However, such “high theories” as “what chastity is the most precious dowry a girl gives to her in-law’s family” and “chastity goddess” who shows her identification certificate are all aimed at women! “Why is there only virgin complex but no virgin complex”? Many women asked indignantly.

Aside from the impact of the male dominated society, there is indeed a difference in detection technology between virgins and virgins – after all, male compatriots do not have the connective tissue that is the standard for testing virgins (of course, this standard is also very inaccurate for women). As for the unreliable thing that makes fat people get shot and cry again and again, it is even more fictitious. However, I’m afraid that women won’t have to complain about the unfairness of heaven any more soon, because the way virgins are tested seems to be within reach. The little spy who divulges the secrets of a man’s private life is the bacteria in their words.

This study, which can be used to identify virgins, was published in the journal PLoS, public library of science, one in May 2012 by David Nelson’s team, who specializes in Microbiology and environment in the Department of biology of the University of Indiana, Bloomington [1].

In his research, Nielsen used a technique called 16S rRNA sequencing. 16S rRNA is a component of ribosomes (places where proteins are synthesized) of prokaryotes (organisms without shaped nuclei). There are obvious differences in the sequence of 16S rRNA among different species. By analyzing this difference, we can understand what species possess these 16S rRNAs.

Nielsen selected 18 young men aged 14-17 from the population (7 Caucasians, 7 blacks and 4 Latinos) and collected DNA samples from their coronal sulcus and urine every month for the next three months. Using the 16S rRNA sequencing technology mentioned above, Nielsen successfully detected 58 different bacteria. Interestingly, the proportion of certain bacteria will change as the environment changes. For example, the proportion of aerobic bacteria in the coronal sulcus of men who have undergone circumcision (or circumcision) is high, while the proportion of anaerobic bacteria in the coronal sulcus of men who have not undergone circumcision is high (Table 1).

Table 1. Effect of circumcision or not on the proportion of specific bacteria

More interestingly, sexual life may also affect the bacterial composition of the coronal sulcus and urethra in the collision of passion. Several kinds of bacteria such as gonococcus detected in some previous studies on adult males have hardly appeared in this experiment. Ureaplasma, mycoplasma and sneathia, which are vectors of sexually transmitted diseases, are also found only in men who claim to have had sexual relations with their partners. And ciliated bacteria were detected in one of the men shortly after having anal sex, which supported the hypothesis that “sexual life can change the type of bacteria in male genitalia”. However, some male genitalia is naturally rich in bacteria in female genitalia, just like behaviors other than sexual behavior can rupture the hymen. In the narrow sense, “non virgin” or “non virgin” may belong to unjust, false and wrong cases.

On the other hand, if “virginity complex” really becomes a topic, maybe some parents of women will also ask their sons in law to do 16S rRNA identification of bacteria, as some parents of men now ask their daughters in law to do hymen integrity identification. However, just like hymen repair surgery, a “virginity reproduction technology” may be born in the future, which makes the male genital flora return to its original color through disinfection and vaccination, so as to cater to demanding female parents (or some young women with special hobbies).
