What can’t I do after fitness

1. Don’t squat and rest.

Many people like to squat for a rest after exercise and fitness. When they feel tired after exercise, they squat or sit down, thinking that it can save energy and rest. In fact, this is a wrong practice. If you squat down and rest immediately after fitness exercise, it will affect the blood circulation of the lower limbs, deepen muscle fatigue, and even produce gravity shock in serious cases. Therefore, after each exercise, we should adjust the breathing rhythm and carry out some low-intensity activities, such as walking slowly, doing relaxation exercises, or simply breathing deeply, so as to promote the blood of limbs to flow back to the heart, so as to restore physical strength and eliminate fatigue.

2. Don’t indulge in cold drinks.

Exercise often makes people sweat profusely, especially in summer. With the loss of a large amount of water, people will always feel thirsty after exercise. Young people like to buy some cold drinks to quench their thirst. However, after exercise, the digestive system of the human body is still in a state of inhibition, and the digestive function is low. If you drink a lot of cold drinks in order to be cool and quench thirst for a while, it is very easy to cause gastrointestinal spasm, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and induce gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, don’t eat a lot of cold drinks immediately after exercise. At this time, drink some boiled water or salt water in moderation.

3. Don’t eat immediately.

During exercise, especially intense exercise, the motor nerve center is in a highly excited state. Under its influence, the parasympathetic nervous system, which manages the activities of internal organs, will strengthen its inhibitory effect on the activities of the digestive system. At the same time, during exercise, the blood in the whole body will be redistributed, and will flow more intensively to the moving organs, while the supply of various organs in the abdominal cavity will be relatively reduced. This will weaken the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract, greatly reduce the secretion of various digestive glands, and restore to normal 20-30 minutes after the end of exercise. If you eat immediately after exercise, it will increase the burden of the digestive system, cause digestive dysfunction, and even induce a variety of diseases.

4. Don’t take a bath immediately.

Many people take a bath immediately after fitness, thinking that this can not only decontaminate but also eliminate fatigue. In fact, this practice is not scientific. Because during exercise, the blood flow to muscles increases, and other organs decrease accordingly. After stopping exercise, this situation will continue for a period of time. If you take a bath immediately at this time, the blood will not be enough to supply other important organs, such as the heart and brain, so that people will feel dizzy, nausea, fatigue, and even induce other diseases. Therefore, special attention should be paid.
