According to a new study published in the American journal PLoS One, when a man likes a woman, he will walk slower.

On a 400 meter track, the researchers tested the walking frequency of 22 pairs of men and women. When a man walks with a woman he loves, he will slow down to match the frequency of the other. When he walked with a same-sex friend or a simple female friend, his speed did not change significantly. According to this result, researchers believe that walking together slowly can promote the intimate relationship between lovers.
