Therefore, the International Health Organization recently put forward the new concept of “health” of modern people:

1 Use a reasonable and diverse diet to absorb nutrition. No food can fully contain the nutrients required by the human body. Western nutritionists advocate that everyone should eat more than 50 kinds of food every day. However, most of our daily food is monotonous and consistent for a long time. We don’t plan our meals according to our own physical needs at all. We talk about eating a variety of food, which is to reform the bad eating habits we are accustomed to. We should eat more delicacies and seafood, drink milk, and eat more coarse grains, miscellaneous grains, vegetables and fruits. Only in this way can we conform to the concept of scientific, reasonable and balanced nutrition. If you regulate your diet, you will be your best doctor. If you eat a reasonable diet, diseases are not easy to invade. There is also a place beneficial to your health when you establish a scientific and reasonable diet mechanism, that is, the dietetic effect of diet.
