1、 Kowtow. Tap the head every morning or night before going to bed — stimulate the acupoints on the head.

3、 High five. Hold your hands flat in front of you, extend your fingers, and give high fives. The louder the better. Stimulate the corresponding acupoints on both hands, generally about 20 times.

4、 I bathed my hands. Take the customary posture, calm your mind, concentrate your mind, keep your ears closed, keep your eyes closed, keep your navel close, and rub your hands together from slow to fast.

5、 Rub the noodles. Put the hot hand flat on the face, and rub the middle fingers of both hands from both sides of the nose to both sides of the nasal wing, until the face is hot. Then close your eyes and massage your eyes and surroundings with your fingertips.

6、 Rub your ears. There are many acupuncture points on the auricle. Rub the auricles back and forth with the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and three fingers of both hands. The number of times depends on each person’s situation, generally about 20 times.

7、 Rub your neck. First, repeatedly massage the Fengchi and Fengfu points at the back of the neck with the index finger and ring finger of both hands, from light to heavy, until local fever occurs.

8、 Deep abdominal breathing. Stand upright with your hands on your hips and inhale from your abdomen first. Pause for a moment, exhale slowly until you finish exhaling, then take a deep breath and repeat for more than ten times.

9、 Bend down. Keep your feet apart naturally and your hands on your hips. First bend your left and right sides for several times, then pitch back and forth for several times, and then expand your chest for several times. The frequency is self-determined.

10、 Take a walk. Pace easily and calmly, and throw away all trivial matters for the time being to relieve fatigue and benefit the mind. Walking should be done step by step, according to your ability, and tirelessly.
