The brain is relaxed and fatigue is eliminated during exercise.

3、 Psychological fatigue

This is a kind of negative psychology caused by inferior mental stimulation, mainly manifested as mental anxiety, emotional depression and depression. You can find some intimate friends to chat with or participate in some healthy and beneficial cultural, sports and entertainment activities.
