Over time, the gallbladder wall will absorb the water and salt in concentrated bile, resulting in the precipitation of excessive bile fixation and gallstones.

5、 Increased risk of diabetes

Studies have found that men who skip breakfast have a 25% increased risk of diabetes compared with those who regularly eat three meals a day. Even if other factors that may lead to diabetes are removed, such as genetic and disease-induced pancreatic islet dysfunction, or even the influence of weight change is eliminated, skipping breakfast will increase the risk of diabetes by 16%. Therefore, even if it does not cause weight gain, people who do not eat breakfast are still more likely to suffer from diabetes.
