Chat for 10 minutes every day to improve memory

A research group in the United States found that chatting with others for only 10 minutes a day can improve memory, and the scores of the experimental population in intelligence tests can also be significantly improved.

The researchers explained that social interaction includes partying and talking on the phone with relatives, friends and neighbors. To test whether chatting helps improve brain function, researchers conducted another experiment. Researchers conducted experiments on 76 college students in the laboratory to analyze and evaluate how social interaction and intelligence exercises affect the results of memory and mental performance tests.

Yabala said, “we found that a short ten minute social interaction activity improved the intellectual performance of participants, and its effect was no less than the so-called” intelligence “activities in the same period of time.” These research results show that friendly conversation with others every day is as helpful to improve people’s mental level as guessing puzzles every day.
