Sub health is not unhealthy

Sub healthy state refers to a physiological state in which a person’s body shows fatigue, decreased vitality, reaction ability, adaptability, weak creativity and various symptoms of self discomfort, even though there is no obvious disease in the examination. It is also called “the third state of the body” and “gray state”. Sub-health is between health and disease, which is a state of low physiological function. It is also known as “indefinite statement syndrome” because its main complaint symptoms are diverse and unstable, such as weakness, fatigue, emotional instability, insomnia, etc. The term “sub-health” has been used for about 10 years abroad, but it was only put forward in May 1996 in China.

In my opinion, sub-health is not healthy, it belongs to physical dysfunction. Of course, it does not belong to the existing diseases with clear etiology and definition, but it will induce these diseases. Because in the sub-health state, people’s immune function will be greatly reduced. Sub health is often the precursor of a series of diseases. The great harm of “sub-health” to human health has long been confirmed by medical research institutes in past dynasties. In traditional Chinese medicine, sub-health belongs to “deficiency”, and the health balance has been broken, but the quantitative change has not yet reached the level of qualitative change.

With the acceleration of the pace of life and the increase of social pressure, in developed countries and cities, in addition to the diagnosed patients, about half of the healthy people in the eyes of ordinary people are in a “sub-health” state. According to statistical data, more than half of the people in China are in this state, which has attracted great attention. According to the relevant statistical data provided by the “21st century China sub health market academic achievements seminar” held in Beijing on April 8, about 15% of the people in China are healthy, 15% are not healthy, and 70% are in sub-health status.
