Acidic women are more prone to fatigue

In order to maintain alkaline constitution, we should pay attention to the following aspects: first, we should exercise more. Doing more exercise and sweating can help eliminate excess acidic substances in the body. However, as more and more people use cars instead of walking, the amount of exercise has been greatly reduced. In the long run, this will lead to the retention of acidic metabolites in the body for a long time, leading to the acidification of the constitution. Women with less activity should pay attention to outdoor activities, especially aerobic exercises such as running, aerobics, brisk walking and aerobic equipment, which are very helpful to adjust the acid-base balance.

Secondly, eat more “alkali” foods. The division of acidic food and alkaline food is based on the final metabolites of food in the human body. If the metabolites contain high cations such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, they are alkaline food; On the contrary, those with more sulfur and phosphorus are acidic foods. Alkaline foods include fruits and vegetables, bean products, dairy products, etc. Chickens, ducks, fish and rice are acidic foods. People usually think that sour things are acidic foods, such as grapes, strawberries, lemons, etc. in fact, these things are typical alkaline foods.

Third, pay attention to the method of drinking water. We are always used to letting the water boil for a while without turning off the fire. This is right, but it is important to open the lid of the pot and boil it for about 3 minutes after the water is boiled, so that the acid and harmful substances in the water can evaporate with the steam, and the boiled water is best drunk on the same day. In addition, if you want to improve your acidic constitution, you should not only pay attention to diet and exercise, but also ensure enough sleep, especially avoid staying up late.
