When you start to feel pain in your neck and discomfort in your shoulders, you should often massage and rub Dazhu acupoints, and beat them up and down along Dazhu acupoints. Take time to do it 2-3 times a day for 10 minutes each time, which can promote the smooth flow of blood and avoid the formation of blood stasis at Dazhu acupoints. When you massage Dazhu point, you will feel obvious pain, but you will feel comfortable after massage.

If cervical spondylosis has formed and obvious neck, shoulder and back pain occurs, at this time, it is not enough to only massage or stimulate Dazhu point with plum blossom needle. Self health care also needs to cooperate with Fengchi, shoulder well, Waiguan and other acupoints. Massage, plum blossom needle beating and cupping can be used.

The method of Dazhu point is to find the seventh cervical vertebra (the highest bone tip at the lower part of the cervical vertebra). The next bone tip is the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra.
