Pay attention to sub-health and keep away from disease

A survey by the World Health Organization shows that about 15% of the population meet the health standards of the World Health Organization, about 15% suffer from various diseases, and about 70% of the rest are in sub-health.

Some of the so-called sub-health states are mainly manifested in the body, such as insomnia, dizziness, fatigue, fatigue and other symptoms; Some are mainly manifested in psychological aspects, such as low mood, mental malaise, memory loss, anxiety and irritability. The appearance of sub-health is a signal sent by the body: there is something wrong with health, and we should be alert. However, the appearance of sub-health state is only that the functions of human organs have declined, but it has not reached the level that requires comprehensive maintenance. Therefore, it is difficult to determine which part of the body or what problem has occurred in the body through various instruments and biochemical tests, that is, the state that people often say, “when you go to the hospital to check, you can’t get sick, but you know when you feel bad.”. But there is no doubt that the sub-health state shows that the human body is in a healthy and low-quality state in terms of physical, mental and emotional aspects. If we do not pay attention to it and take preventive measures, it is very likely to slide into a disease state. So, what is the correct way to deal with sub-health?

First, because the human body is like a machine, it is a whole and linked, so we must avoid treating the head with headache and the foot with pain. We must find the crux of the problem from the whole. For example, if you have fatigue, insomnia, low mood and other conditions, you should find out whether you have too much work pressure, irregular life, or have been stimulated by bad emotions? We should also look at whether there is diversity and balance in daily diet: whether there is excess or comfort in participating in sports? We should even find out the reasons from the aspects of daily life and environment. Only by finding the crux of the problem as a whole can it be possible to adjust and eliminate the factors leading to sub-health as a whole, and improve the health condition.

Second, we should be able to reduce pressure for ourselves. Many people in sub-health state are often those with heavy psychological pressure. In fact, many pressures can be alleviated by self-regulation. For example, when you are unhappy or feel stressed, you might as well talk to a close friend, or go to the gym to sweat, say that you have talked, or let your troubles evaporate together with your sweat, then take a hot bath, and then have a good sleep. The next day you come, you will have a windy and sunny day.

Third, we should constantly strengthen fitness. With the improvement of living standards, people’s lives are becoming more and more comfortable, with excessive nutrition and lack of necessary exercise. Therefore, modern lifestyle diseases are more and more common. In order to prevent chronic diseases, physical exercise should be strengthened. However, people in sub-health state are most suitable for aerobic exercise, and it is better to choose a suitable and consistent exercise program.

Fourth, we should have a balanced diet and eat scientifically. As the saying goes, “food is the most important thing for the people.” Our health is shaped by eating. Nutritionists warn people to pay attention to nutrition balance and diversification. Because many of us know very little about the nutritional components contained in food, it is difficult to achieve a true balance. But if we do not favor food, and we do not favor non-staple food, vegetables, fruits and meat, then we can achieve a relative balance to a certain extent. In addition, we should learn more scientific eating experience from healthy people, which will also be of great benefit to our health. For example, drinking a cup of warm boiled water in the morning and evening is very beneficial to diluting blood, improving skin and gastrointestinal functions, and promoting detoxification in the body.

Although the sub-health state is not terrible, it can not be taken lightly, because being in this state is like a balance. If you invest more in health, the balance will tilt towards health, and people will be refreshed and full of vitality; If we neglect health care and do not pay attention to health investment, then the balance will tend to be at the end of the disease, and people will get sick, listless, or even depressed and miserable.
