Four signs suggest gastric cancer invasion

All patients with gastric ulcer over 40 years old have symptoms of anorexia, meat aversion, nausea, vomiting, vomiting, overnight food or dark red food, poor nutritional status, obvious emaciation, fatigue and weakness in a short period of time, and the effect of drug treatment has become worse, which may be a signal of malignant transformation.

signal 1: change of pain nature

Ulcer disease is characterized by regular pain. Gastric ulcer is a kind of satiety pain, which appears half an hour to two hours after meals and disappears before the next meal. Duodenal ulcer is hunger pain, also known as empty abdominal pain. The pain usually occurs 3-4 hours after meals and lasts until the next meal. After eating, the pain can be alleviated or completely disappeared. Some patients may have pain at night. If the ulcer occurs in the pyloric part of the stomach near the duodenum, the rhythm of pain is the same as that of duodenal ulcer. Once the nature of gastric ulcer pain changes into persistent pain or alleviates, we should be alert to the possibility of canceration and go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible.

Pain, perhaps we are all used to it, because we often have pain in our lives. Therefore, when many people feel pain all over or in a joint, as long as they can’t bear it, few people will buy medicine to see a doctor for it

signal 2: obvious emaciation

All patients with gastric ulcer over 40 years old have symptoms of anorexia, meat aversion, nausea, vomiting, vomiting, overnight food or dark red food, poor nutritional status, obvious emaciation, fatigue and weakness in a short period of time, and the effect of drug treatment has become worse, which may be a signal of malignant transformation.

signal 3: a fixed packet appears

Some patients with gastric ulcer can feel the lump in their heart pit, which is hard and has an unsmooth surface, and the lump increases rapidly, causing pain when pressed. With the increase of the mass, vomiting also worsened, and most of these cases were malignant.

signal 4: unexplained melena

Generally, melena can be seen after eating a large amount of animal blood such as pigs, sheep and chickens, and after taking certain drugs. If the ulcer patient has unexplained black stool, or if there is continuous blood in the stool, special attention should be paid and further investigation should be made. This is often a precursor of malignant transformation.

As long as one of the above conditions is met, you should go to the hospital immediately for examination.
