1. Get up slowly

You can’t get up after waking up, especially for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or the elderly. Therefore, unless there is an emergency, you should lie flat for 1-2 minutes first.

2. Rubbing face

After rubbing your eyes, you may as well rub your face with your hands. 3. Overlook the distance

5. Turning the waist and strengthening the kidney

After getting up, it is not appropriate to exercise immediately, but to make some preparatory movements first. You can twist your waist. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the development, growth and aging process of people are all controlled by the five internal organs, of which the kidney plays a role. In the upright posture, the waist plays a pivotal role in gravity transmission. Twisting the waist can stimulate Mingmen, Shenshu and other acupoints, which has the effect of strengthening the waist and kidney.
