Don’t do these five things when you have a bath, when the blood supply to the heart and brain is insufficient

We have to take a bath every day or every three to five days. Taking a hot bath before going to bed is also a good health care method, which can promote blood circulation, alleviate fatigue and make you sleep better. But if you take a bath in the wrong way, it will make you sick. Now let me introduce five common misconceptions.

1. Squeeze too much shower gel

Shower Gel generally contains lauramide propyl betaine, which can stimulate some chemicals to quickly penetrate into the skin. Often use a lot of shower gel, these chemicals are excessively absorbed by the body and remain in the subcutaneous tissue, causing dryness and allergic dermatitis.

2. Take a shower before going to bed

Too high water temperature will also drive the growth of body temperature and inhibit the secretion of melatonin in the brain. If you go to bed immediately after washing, it will be difficult to sleep. It is recommended to take a bath two hours before going to bed. If you can only take a bath before going to bed, it is recommended to cold compress your forehead with a wet towel for 5 minutes after taking a bath.

3. Take a shower when you get up together

Taking a bath in the morning has many advantages, which can promote brain excitement and make you full of spirit at the end of the day. However, if you wash without breakfast, you are prone to dizziness and even hypoglycemic shock. If the water temperature is too high, the blood vessels will expand, and there will be insufficient blood supply to the brain and collapse. Get up early and take a bath half an hour after breakfast.

4. Take a bath after a full meal

Don’t take a bath after a full meal. Just after eating, a large amount of blood accumulates in the stomach. When you take a bath at this time, the blood vessels of the whole body will expand, and the blood flow of the skin and muscles will increase, which will affect digestion.

5. Rub too hard when taking a bath.

The cuticle and lipid membrane on the skin surface can protect the body from external damage. Rubbing the skin hard will destroy this protective film. It is recommended to increase the number of baths, rather than “save to wash and rub hard”. You can use a sponge to gently wipe, and only use a bath towel on the elbow, knee and other parts with thick cuticle.

The taboos of bathing in autumn and winter must be carefully remembered, and only by paying attention to life can we be satisfied with life.
