Morning health strategy: remember the three dos and three don’ts

What do you do when you get up in the morning? Wash your face, brush your teeth and go to the toilet? Or something else. I’m not afraid to tell you that what you do in the morning is also related to your health. For this reason, I have specially listed the “three musts” and “three don’t’s” of getting up in the morning. Remembering these will greatly help your health!

three don’t’s

1. Don’t get up too hard

When people sleep, their blood pressure is relatively low. When they wake up, their blood pressure will rise rapidly. In particular, some hypertensive patients who have morning peak may get up too fast and violently, which may cause sudden rise of blood pressure and lead to serious diseases such as cerebrovascular rupture. There are also some hypertension patients who have vascular movement disorders due to arteriosclerosis and other reasons. If the posture changes too fast, they are prone to postural hypotension, insufficient blood supply to the brain, dizziness or syncope. It is recommended to adhere to the “221” principle when getting up, that is, when you just wake up, open your eyes and lie in bed for 2 minutes, sit for 2 minutes after getting up, sit by the bed for 1 minute, and then stand up for activities.

2. Don’t eat too oily and salty

Fried dough sticks, fried eggs and so on are high-fat and high calorie foods. Many hypertension patients are complicated with hyperlipidemia. Eating too much oil and salt will worsen atherosclerosis. You can have a cup of milk or a bowl of porridge for breakfast, a boiled egg the next day, and fruits and vegetables.

3. Don’t rub your eyes

After being awakened by the alarm clock in the morning, many people will unconsciously rub their eyes, which is not conducive to eye health. The skin around the eyes is delicate. Rubbing the eyes with hands will easily damage the elasticity of the skin, lead to capillary rupture, accelerate the aging of the skin around the eyes, and may cause bacteria on the hands and dirt around the eyes to enter the eyes, thus causing infection.

three essentials

1. Drink a cup of warm water

When you get up in the morning, you should drink a glass of water seriously. Because after a night’s sleep, without a drop of water, people are easily dehydrated. Drinking a glass of water at this time is beneficial to the body’s supplement of water. At the same time, it also has a cleaning effect on the intestines and stomach. Awaken the senses of the intestines, stomach and other bodies, and better digest the food eaten for breakfast. Moreover, drinking a glass of water to clear your mouth can wake you up from your sleep.

2. Defecate in the morning

Get up early to excrete. Once this good habit is formed, you will benefit for life. Food stays in our body all the time during our sleep. If it is not discharged in time after digestion overnight, it will accumulate in our body and cause a burden on the gastrointestinal function. Not enough. Many people can’t do it. After all, you can’t do it if you want to. Don’t worry if you don’t have this habit. You can work hard to cultivate it. For example, you can eat more high fiber foods, such as coarse grains such as cabbage and sweet potatoes, and go to the lower part of the house whether you get up in the morning. Over time, habit will become natural.

3. Massage

Do some self massage in bed in the morning, which is conducive to the gradual excitation of the body and blood circulation throughout the body. The following methods are simple and easy to use, each of which is done about 40 times, which is conducive to unblocking meridians and Qi, harmonizing the stomach, strengthening the spleen, calming the heart, lowering blood pressure, and regulating emotions.
