Because burying the head will cause the curvature of the cervical spine to be opposite to the normal physiological curvature, and the muscles of the shoulder and neck will also be stiff due to maintaining an abnormal posture for a long time, it is easy to suffer from cervical spondylosis. Moreover, long-term pressure on the arms and face will affect the normal blood circulation, making the arms and face numb and even sore.

“Theoretically, the nap time should be controlled within 30 minutes.” Li Jinbo said, “because it is light sleep within 30 minutes of falling asleep, followed by deep sleep. When you wake up in the light sleep period, you can work and study energetically in the afternoon, but if you wake up in the deep sleep period, you will be confused, which will affect your work and study in the afternoon. If you sleep too long in the afternoon, it will also affect your sleep time at night, and even insomnia.”

Li Jinbo stressed that in reality, the appropriate time for siesta is still different from person to person. “If a person falls into bed and sleeps, a 30 minute nap is enough.
