Mistake 3: use detergent for everything. In fact, bowls and dishes for porridge and cold dishes can be cleaned with water before drying. When there was no detergent in the past, people usually used hot water and rice soup to wash dishes, which was mild and environmentally friendly. Hot water can reduce the viscosity of oil and make it easy to be washed away; The starch in rice soup and noodle soup can combine with oil to remove stickiness. If there is heavy oil stain on the bowls and chopsticks, you can wash them with alkali heated water, but alkali will hurt your skin. It is recommended to wear gloves.

Error 4: detergent is not diluted. Some people often complain that the bowls are always slippery and unclean, which is mostly because the detergent is not washed clean, which will bring adverse effects on human health. Before washing the dishes, it is recommended to add a few drops of detergent to half the bowl of water to dilute it, and then use a dishwashing cloth to dip a small amount of it each time.

Mistake 5: put away the dishes without controlling the water to dry. After washing the dishes and chopsticks, it is advisable to control the water and dry them. Do not dry them with a rag to avoid microbial propagation. If you are afraid that the iron pot will rust, you should use kitchen paper to absorb the water after washing.
